由福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)主辦、福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)安溪茶學(xué)院和安溪縣茶業(yè)管理委員會(huì)承辦的第17屆國際無我茶會(huì)暨“一帶一路”安溪鐵觀音發(fā)展高峰論壇，將于2019年10月15日-20日，在福建省安溪縣舉辦，大會(huì)會(huì)期6天。現(xiàn)將有關(guān)事項(xiàng)通知如下：
To tea organizations and tea enthusiasts:
The 17th Sans Self Tea Gathering International Conference will take place on Oct. 15~20, 2019 at Anxi County, Fujian Province, China.
This conference is organized by Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, Anxi County Party Commission, Anxi County Government, Fujian Anxi College of Tea Science, and Anxi County Tea Industry Commission ?& “Belt and Road” Forum for Anxi Tie Guanyin Tea Development. Details as follows:
一、活動(dòng)時(shí)間
2019年10月15日-20日 （10月15日報(bào)到，10月20日返程）
A Dates: October 15th to 20th, 2019 (Oct. 15, check-in, Oct. 20 Departure)
二、活動(dòng)內(nèi)容（初步日程安排附后）
活動(dòng)期間，我們將組織系列活動(dòng)，讓參與者盡享這兩年一度的國際茶文化盛會(huì)。
B Program Overview (preliminary schedule is as follows):
Conference activities are designed to provide attendees with an environment to thoroughly immerse themselves in the spirit of and the Way of Tea.
?。?）兩場無我茶會(huì)，分別于福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)安溪茶學(xué)院及中國國家級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)（清水祖師信俗）、中國重點(diǎn)文物保護(hù)單位安溪清水巖各舉辦一場；
(1) Two Sans Self Tea Gathering (also known as Tea Ceremony) events , participated by all attendees, during the Conference:
One event to be held at Anxi College of Tea Science which is the first in the nation higher learning ?tea educational facility.
Second event will be held at QingShuiYan Temple ?which is a Buddhist Monastery originally built in 1083 during the Northern Song Dynasty (960-1127).
?。?）一場茶道論壇，世界茶葉界知名專家學(xué)者會(huì)聚一堂，共同研討“一帶一路”背景下茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展之路和無我茶會(huì)文化內(nèi)涵；
(2) Tea Forum: In the context of “Belt and Road”, the conference attendees will collaborate together with renowned experts, specialists, and scholars of the tea culture and tea industry, both domestic and international and explore the successful paths of tea industrial development and the insightful spirits of.
（3）全程制茶體驗(yàn)，親身體驗(yàn)中國國家級(jí)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)烏龍茶（鐵觀音）制作技藝的傳統(tǒng)魅力；
(3) Experience the full process of Oolong tea production: ?Visitation to a traditional method of making Oolong tea (Tie Guanyin Tea) as Nation’s Intangible Heritage.
?。?）文化展示交流，到中國國家現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園示范點(diǎn)云嶺茶莊園和安溪茶廠等地參觀考察安溪鐵觀音茶文化，品鑒安溪烏龍茶，欣賞茶道藝術(shù)家茶湯作品，觀看各國茶藝茶道表演。
(4)Cultural exhibition and exchange: Visits will be arranged to places such as the YunLing Tea Farm and Anxi Tea Factory to experience the culture of Anxi's famous Tie Guanyin tea (Te Quanyin).
Furthermore, to provide all attendees an expanded experience of tea, the conference will offer tea tasting and evaluating of Anxi Oolong teas, and tea liquor presentation performed by various tea masters, along with tea ceremonies and cultural presentations of from multiple countries.
此外，大會(huì)還準(zhǔn)備了豐富精美的安溪鐵觀音茶禮紀(jì)念品，希望安溪鐵觀音隨著茶友們香飄各地。
In additional, the conference organizers prepare a set of Anxi Tie Guanyin teas as gifts, accompany each attendee to wherever he or she may come from.
三、報(bào)名
1.請于2019年8月18日前，填寫報(bào)名表格，并以電子郵件形式向組委會(huì)報(bào)名。
報(bào)名人數(shù)限制：國際茶友限100名，中國茶友（包括香港、澳門、臺(tái)灣、大陸地區(qū)）350名，先到先得原則，原則上組團(tuán)參加，報(bào)滿即止。
C Registration
Step 1: deadline : August 18, 2019 Midnight. Registration form must be filled out and sent via email.
Limitations: International attendees limited to 100 people; Chinese (including Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Mainland China) attendees limited to 350 people, first come first served basis.
Registration by groups is preferred.
2.報(bào)名成功后（即收到組委會(huì)的回復(fù)郵件），請于8月25日前，將定金匯入指定賬戶（國際茶友每人美金200元，中國茶友人民幣1000元）。匯款時(shí)請務(wù)必要求匯款銀行于電文中提供匯款人姓名、賬號(hào)及通信地址。
Step 2: Successful registration means receiving a confirmation email from the organizing committee or your local group organizer. ?Upon receiving this confirmation email each international registrant will make a deposit of $200 USD or $500 RMB for Chinese registrants to assigned bank account and fill out personal information on the wire form with name, account number and address.
3.中國茶友參加大會(huì)費(fèi)用為人民幣4500元。國際茶友參加大會(huì)費(fèi)用為美金830元（國際茶友與國內(nèi)茶友接待標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、住宿標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及紀(jì)念品等有所不同）。費(fèi)用包含大會(huì)期間住宿費(fèi)(五晚)、活動(dòng)交通費(fèi)、餐費(fèi)、當(dāng)?shù)芈糜巍㈤T票、保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)和活動(dòng)費(fèi)用、紀(jì)念品。
Step 3: the total cost for the conference for each Chinese attendee is $4500 RMB; for each international the cost is $830 USD. ?This includes lodge for 5 nights, all meals, transportation, insurance, local tour, tourist attraction admission, the gifts.
參加半程活動(dòng)的（10月15日報(bào)到，10月18日返程），中國茶友費(fèi)用為人民幣3000元，國際茶友參加大會(huì)費(fèi)用為美金630元。費(fèi)用包含大會(huì)期間住宿費(fèi)(三晚)、活動(dòng)交通費(fèi)、餐費(fèi)、當(dāng)?shù)芈糜?、門票、保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)和活動(dòng)費(fèi)用、紀(jì)念品。
For those who only participate partial program (i.e. Oct.15-18)the total cost for the conference for each Chinese attendee is $3000 RMB; for each international the cost is $630 USD. ?This includes lodge for 3 nights, all meals, transportation, insurance, local tour, tourist attraction admission, the gifts.

5.團(tuán)體報(bào)名的，請?zhí)峁﹫F(tuán)長和團(tuán)員茶友名冊一份(包含英文名字、身份證號(hào)或護(hù)照號(hào)碼、生日、用餐習(xí)慣)，同時(shí)請?zhí)峁﹨⒓硬栌逊块g分配表一份，以便安排食宿。
Step 5: For group registration, group leader should provide a complete list of the following information for all members :
- names (English and Chinese if any),
- ID No. or Passport No.,
- Date of Birth,
- Meal Preference (vegan, etc.)
***Group leader should provide a separate list of roommates of each room.
6.為便于活動(dòng)安排，大會(huì)統(tǒng)一安排住宿二人房，若確有特殊情況希望住單人房者，請?jiān)趫?bào)名表上說明，組委會(huì)將追收住宿差價(jià)，國際茶友增加美金200元（40元/晚），中國茶友增加人民幣1000元（200元/晚）。
Step 6: The standard Lodge provision is two-person room. If single-person room is preferred by the attendee, please make it clear on the registration form. The cost difference for Single-person room for internationals is $200 USD for 5 nights.
7.請各地茶友事先告知抵達(dá)時(shí)間、方式（飛機(jī)班次、動(dòng)車車次），以便組委會(huì)派人迎接（組委會(huì)設(shè)置廈門高崎機(jī)場、廈門動(dòng)車北站、泉州晉江機(jī)場、泉州動(dòng)車站四個(gè)接待處）。
Step 7: For internationals who need airport pick-up, please notify the Conference Committee : Arrival date/time, Flight No.
8.歡迎大陸地區(qū)茶友報(bào)名成為本次大會(huì)志愿者，為國際茶友提供相應(yīng)服務(wù)。大會(huì)志愿者并不減免相關(guān)費(fèi)用。
Step 8: Volunteers are needed to provide services to international attendees, please contact Conference Committee. Volunteers should pay the same fees as any attendees, theres no fee reduction.

2.無我茶會(huì)：10月16日和10月19日，將各舉辦一場無我茶會(huì)，請各會(huì)員、各團(tuán)體會(huì)員自備無我茶會(huì)茶具。
(2)Sans Self Tea Gathering note: Oct.16th, Oct. 19th. Paticipants should bring their own teas and teawares.
3. 茶道論壇：內(nèi)容為無我茶會(huì)、“一帶一路”背景下的安溪鐵觀音發(fā)展，論文于8月31日前提交。
(3)Tea Forum note: calling for articles, topics should center around Sans Self Tea Gathering, and “Belt and Road”Anxi Tie Guanyin Tea development. ?Deadline: Aug. 31st.
4.領(lǐng)隊(duì)會(huì)議：10月15日20:00，主辦單位將報(bào)告籌備情況，并討論有關(guān)事宜，請各團(tuán)體推派1至3名(含翻譯)代表參加，并討論下屆主辦地。
(4)Group Leader Meeting: Oct. 15th, 8 PM. Conference Committee will provide a summary report of conference matters. Each Group/Team shall send one to three representatives to attend the meeting. A decision will be made in the meeting on which country or represented region will be the next host of International Conference.
5.惜別晚宴：10月19日晚宴，請各團(tuán)隊(duì)準(zhǔn)備一個(gè)表演節(jié)目，十分鐘以內(nèi)，以相互聯(lián)誼、交流。
(5)Farewell Party: Oct. 19th. Each Group/team should prepare a 10-minute entertainment program.
6.茶藝茶道表演：10月17日上午，將在福建農(nóng)林大學(xué)安溪茶學(xué)院舉辦一場茶藝茶道表演，由主辦單位邀請各團(tuán)體參與演出。
(6)Oct. 17th Morning there will be a tea cultural presentation at the Anxi College of Tea Science by various group/team. ?Privilege of performance is by invitation-only from the Conference Committee.
