“云鼎”所選原料均來(lái)自勐海茶區(qū)云霧繚繞的高山茶園，秉承勐海茶廠傳統(tǒng)加工技藝——“大益茶制作技藝”，如同鼎和五味之一樣在勐海茶廠具有獨(dú)特菌群環(huán)境的發(fā)酵車間經(jīng)傳統(tǒng)發(fā)酵工藝，發(fā)酵程度適中。餅形端正厚實(shí)，色澤褐紅油潤(rùn)，芽葉肥壯突顯金毫；湯色紅亮，晶瑩剔透；滋味濃醇協(xié)調(diào)，口感飽滿順滑，韻幽味長(zhǎng)；陳香濃郁。凝聚著勐海茶廠數(shù)十年積淀的優(yōu)秀技術(shù)工藝與研創(chuàng)智慧。
‘Yunding’ is made from tea leaves of high mountain tea plantations shrouded by cloudy mist. The tea leaves are fermented by the traditional processing skills of Menghai Tea Factory, ‘TaeTea Manufacturing Crafts’, in the fermentation rooms with unique microbial flora. The cake is round and thick with a glossy brownish red color and is marked by fat tips with golden hairs. It yields a bright red broth with a mellow flavor, smooth and full-bodied tastes and aged aroma. This product is an achievement of decades of continuously improved outstanding crafts and researches.
